From San Francisco, you can take Highway 1 down and see coastal towns like Pacifica, Pescadero, Davenport, Santa Cruz and Monterey. From the South Bay, you can take Highway 17 to Highway 1. Our favorite thing to do is to pack a picnic for the day and then have dinner in Monterey, before heading home.
